Zac Armstrong

I'm Zac Armstrong, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, with over 20 years of experience and expertise. My journey began as a determined teenager, fueled by the desire to catch up with my bigger peers and overcome my smaller frame.

 

This burning passion for fitness carried me through my military career and into my busy life as a dedicated parent, officer, and trainer. Along the way, I've delved into an array of training methods and disciplines, from Muay Thai/Jujitsu to military training, powerlifting, and CrossFit. I've soaked up knowledge and honed my skills to cater to diverse physical and mental goals.

 

I’m convinced there's no one-size-fits-all approach to optimal training and nutrition and attitude. Each individual is unique, with their own goals, needs, and desired abilities to EMPOWER themselves. My mission? To transform your goals, needs, and dreams into a reality through Empowerment Fitness!

I’m Jayci Cachuela, a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and a devoted fitness enthusiast for over 15 incredible years! Growing up as a military brat, I quickly learned sports and fitness became a great way to develop a community of friends wherever I went. This active lifestyle still remains constant and shaped my desire to pursue a military career. 

 

From martial arts to sports, military training, and the exhilaration of cross-fit, my workout and fitness regimen is truly a fusion of the best. But here's the secret sauce: I believe in EMPOWERING both myself, and others, boosting body positivity, and unshakeable self-confidence.
