His knowledge of physical training is evident in the way he can, almost with a glance, see how well a client is doing their workout. He focuses on form, and I like that. That way, he can see that the client receives the best benefits from a particular exercise. He is always pushing each client's specific envelope on each exercise. I have seen this in my own exercises, those of his clients, and in his own personal routines. I could not ask for a better trainer!"

"The best personal trainer I've worked with by far. Zac has the perfect mix of customizing and adjusting programs to your personal body type while making sure you aren't cheating yourself and more importantly cheating the reason why you've chosen to work with a personal trainer in the first place. I've had a multitude of experiences with personal trainers before joining the Marines as well as during my time in the Marine Corps. Zac stands out from all of them because of his professionalism and understanding that I'm an individual client with individual goals that may change in the future. The previous trainers I've worked with typically designed a plan around my initial goal and training became a rinse-and-repeat affair. The same exercises, the same weights, the same routine over and over. Zac has shown to be different because he doesn't mind, and seems to be excited, about making new adjustments and finding new exercises. The entire experience is exactly what I want and what I'm looking for in a personal trainer!”
